Hospital Mattress I
Ref: 3-md11
The Hospital Mattress I has been developed to provide comfort, support and effective pressure redistribution, making it particularly suitable for bedridden users at moderate to high risk of developing pressure ulcers.
With an overall thickness of 15 cm and an anatomically designed surface featuring three comfort zones, it combines a 6 cm top layer of Viscoflex® viscoelastic foam (50 kg/m³), which adapts to the body's contours and helps relieve pressure points, with a 9 cm base of Plumex® high-resilience foam (35 kg/m³), ensuring stability, durability and compatibility with adjustable beds. This combination provides an estimated pressure reduction of 15% to 30% compared to a
conventional mattress.
It features a waterproof, breathable cover with antibacterial treatment and ultrasonically welded seams, helping to reduce the risk of fluid penetration and cross-contamination. An inner knitted fabric lining protects the foam core and contributes to the mattress's durability.

It is recommended to clean the mattress cover using water and mild soap.
During the cleaning and disinfection process, only the products contained in the list provided by our technical services should be used, always respecting the prescribed concentration. Always rinse with water after cleaning; otherwise, discoloration, wrinkling and loss of PU resistance (the upper layer of the fabric) may occur. Shrinkage of the cover may occur after washing. Washing may reduce the effectiveness of the antibacterial treatment.
