Articulated Anti-Decubitus Mattress
The Articulated Anti-Decubitus Mattress has been developed to provide comfort, support and balanced pressure distribution, making it particularly suitable for users at moderate to high risk of developing pressure ulcers.
With an overall thickness of 15 cm, it combines a 5 cm top layer of Viscoflex® viscoelastic foam (50 kg/m³), which adapts to the body's contours and helps relieve pressure points, with a 10 cm articulated base of Plumex® high-resilience foam (30 kg/m³), ensuring stability and compatibility with adjustable beds. This combination provides an estimated pressure reduction of 15% to 30% compared to a conventional mattress.
It features a waterproof, breathable Flexsilk US cover with antibacterial treatment and ultrasonically welded seams, helping to reduce the risk of fluid penetration and cross-contamination. An inner knitted fabric lining protects the foam core and contributes to the mattress's durability.

It is recommended to clean the mattress cover using water and mild soap.
During the cleaning and disinfection process, only the products contained in the list provided by our technical services should be used, always respecting the prescribed concentration. Always rinse with water after cleaning; otherwise, discoloration, wrinkling and loss of PU resistance (the upper layer of the fabric) may occur. Shrinkage of the cover may occur after washing. Washing may reduce the effectiveness of the antibacterial treatment.
